Ann Sweeney Kitchen Tool - Top Hat Snowman

An original design hand painted by Ann Sweeney 

Painted with the handle down, this vintage spoon shaped wooden tool can be tucked in a basket or arrangement.  Signed and dated this piece measures approximately 8 inches long and 2 1/2 inches wide plus little hat.  Hat may be removed to use spoon alone.
